No, he didn't. All he did was slow it down and give it a steady beat. If you slow down with him, you can sing the National Anthem right along with him with no problem. This is a very difficult song to sing, and you sing it in whatever key is good for you. The melody did not change. This is really one of the better versions of our anthem.

Amazing. The Star Spangled Banner is quite a difficult song to sing. Marvin's version of the song is one of the best of all time and the best creative rendition of the anthem ever. So many people try to be creative with this song and end up failing miserably, but Marvin did it wonderfully.
