Oh damn we're misbehaving...We just gave them 20 billion €...how bad...;) You should do a bit research "why it happened" and "who" exactly pays these 20 billion €. Then we speak again. You could also say...denmark misbehaving towards muslims, sweden against muslims, us against muslims and mexico, Israel against palastine etc...it doesnt matter, and a magazine never respresent the voice of the whole country. Tolerance over ignorance

This does not mean that it is more effective in their work for many other reasons associated with the best infrastructure, innovation, art, education and proper utilization of manpower. (SOURCE: «LE MONDE»)

Also, although the official retirement age is higher in Germany, the actual average retirement age is approximately the same for the Germans (62.2 years), Spanish (62.3), Portuguese (62.6) and the Greeks (61.5). As for productivity, per capita output of workers in Germany is the average of southern Europe. And the hourly productivity of the Germans is above average but not greater than that of the Greeks. Therefore, concludes P. bread, the "Germans are working much less and not working harder."

According to a study by Patrick Bread, chief economist at French investment bank Natixis, which has the newspaper «Le Monde», economic problems in southern Europe is not explained by laziness. As shown by the OECD data, annual average employment in 2009 was significantly lower in Germany (1390 hours) than it did in Spain (1654), Portugal (1719) and especially in Greece (2119).

Uttery lazy Germans... nothing but subhumans with a big fucken mouth.. From the french Le mond.
A strong response to German Chancellor Angela Merkel on the hard work of the Greeks and other southern Europeans, are the statistics cited by a leading French economist and show that Germans are the ones that actually work less.

Personally I think Germany is getting way too much power again in Europe, seems like the 1930's all over again. It's time for Merkel to go, imo. Germany shouldn't act like this, in the 90's them and France were almost in the same position as Greece & Ireland now, but you know, the 'big ones' in the EU (Germany, UK & France) are always allowed more. My full support to Greece.

@dideleda You are right. However UK and France are not aggressive against other countries like Germany is. The same as in the 1930s. France and the UK were powerful but not aggressive.
