SELF DEFENSE FOR WOMEN [HD]

This trailer is fashioned in an attempt to bring awareness of self protection to women [in particular]. I hear, too often, disempowering statements that women stay to themselves. Most women have never taken one course their entire life on self-protection... many wait until tragedy hits "home" or close to home before they take action! I personally instruct between 4-7 "intensive" workshops per year at Polo Park Recreation Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. If you are local to Winston, please feel free to contact Polo Park, or myself, for details. If you live elsewhere, please find a course, or someone willing to teach the proper fundamentals of self-protection.
