This was the very first time that the Carnival Dream had been to Port Canaveral. The Carnival Dream was on a 8 day Bahamas cruise from New York. Port Canaveral will be the homeport of the Carnival Dream beginning on December 3, 2009.

yeah, december 3rd was its first voyage from port canaveral, i was on it (and posted a video of it). although it did visit during the new york/bahamas cruise.
