The name of the writter is Eileen Ivers, she's a fidler. The name of this tune is The Bygone Days, and you can hear it on her CD Crossing the Bridge.
You are right about the beauty of this tune; I've started playing flute after seeing this video. Mark and Joe (the flutist) give it honor.
