  • beautiful setting, great demonstration and instruction, thank you very much.

  • Very nice, think this is Parsva Bhuja Dandasana. (?). Another way to come in this position. I practice this for a while and I hope one day it works. Namaste.

  • If Yoga makes your Boobs small....I'm against it.

  • Also, Inner body bright and hopeful is an attitude taken into the body. It means inflating your inner body with an attitude of hope. This creates an inner fullness and a length from the hips to the armpits all the way up through the inside of the throat. Soft heart is also an attitude and action of moving your arm bones to the back plane of the body and integrating your shoulders on your back.

  • @barelylegalpigeons, in Anusara Yoga we use heart oriented language to initiate movement from the inside, and we build concepts sequentially. This is an advanced sequence where I am assuming that the practitioners have learned these principles. I invite you to try this podcast called "perking up your posture" or "yoga for the novice"

and hopefully it will give you more success! blessings on your practice!

  • [6:41] soft heart, inner body bright, long and hopeful....what the **ck does that mean. I hate how shes esoterism so only a select few can do the movements. I bet gymnasts could do this, and they'd explain it WAY BETTER THAN HER. No offense lady.
