I met Mr. Flash Terry in Joey's Bar in Tulsa back in the 80's. On almost any night you could find Mr. Terry or Preacher Jimmy Ellis sitting in with the band. Miss them and miss Joey's

I was very blessed to have booked Flash "back in the day" and sit in on bari and tenor sax in his final years. A true gentleman of the blues and I miss him dearly!

@TulsaLaniB Yes, Flash was memorable, and the real thing for blues. I only played with him from 1980-81, but he left a great impression on me and everyone he met.
