why does it sound like its sped up like that? I've heard this song in GTA Vice City Stories and it sounds normal in the game.

As it says in the infos Ive sped it up a little, this is mainly to bypass the ID match but also cos I can :D I know itll get caught eventually but it kinda helps it stay up :)
