  • So to sum things up the M3 has better dampers/springs and the mustang better balance, i.e. swaybar setup. The kicker is in 5 years you'll be able to source aftermarket and take-off parts for next to nothing on the mustang. BMW? Better sell it before things start breaking.

  • Simply love the video for one thing. When people lose to american muscle they r like its not about drag everytime. And with this being so close it would come down to driver. I just hate excuses. Ive owned both brands and loved both brands. But not a fan of biased car people. Every car ia going to have pros and cons. So choose what u like and dont bash on one another.

  • bmw Iconic? where? only because the mustang is an United States made car and cheaper that a German car does not mean the mustang is less of a car. Unfortunely, most of the time car companies sell you a more expensive product and is supposed to be better, thats not always the case, and most people always fall for that!!, and last time i heard the Ford mustang is one of the most Iconic cars of all time here in the USA.

  • I like both I have owned both and gotta say bmw and ford are good car makers but it seems like the mustang is getting to expensive to own these days for a new car I was looking at 42000 and a bmw is bout the same price

  • am i the only one that thinks the mustang looks better?

  • Both awesome cars. I currently own a Mustang GT-CS but previously an M3 and before that a 335i. Have to say, for the money the Mustang is the winner, but the extra cash definitely buys a level of refinement you just don't get in the Ford.

  • @YerBuddy2 "My comments are always typical of a little boy with hurt feelings." Aww, how sweet! You're stalking me and reading my comments? Do you imagine me as a little boy? Not sure I approve of that. Why do you want to know what car I drive? Is it to fuel your fantasies? OK, but if I find you hiding out in my garden trying to watch me undress at night you're in bother. It's a 2010 Range Rover Vogue. You can imagine it in pink with fur seats if you like.

  • @doctordrew66: He's referring to the way it's driven on that particular part of the course. Your comments are always typical of a little boy with hurt feelings. BTW, what year is your M3? LMAO!!!

  • @ncon500 And now I wanna add that the new gt500 and the new m3 are identically priced.

  • @AnonymoussourceL0L thats because shelby added a whole shit ton of power with adding the proper brakes and suspension to accommodate the extra power, not to mention even tho its an aluminum block its still makes the shelby more front heavy and therefor less balanced, in the older 2010 model top gear put the roush stangs on their track and it beat the shelby by i wana say somethin like 3 seconds? powers nothing without control :-) wonder what a 5.0 v8 would do with awd :-p
