  • What if evolution and creation are both responsible?

  • @Indigo656 What if evolution is one big lie, to deceive all of mankind. Think which of the two gets more primacy in the world, and then think how the elite-those who write the books-do nothing but lie about everything. Why would anyone believe them?

  • "created with age" That the world looks to be and dates to be 'very old' but actually it is really only 6000 years old?! That the Creator just made it seem to be older?? You do such damage to your self and your soul having yourself believe such lies. Is this how you whole faith is held together? What else do you feel you need 'believe' in order to not be confused, and admit you just don't know? Too much I'm afraid. This isn't spiritual, this isn't light, at all.

  • @Paahau LOL...how silly! God didn't create with age, for aesthetics, or to make it "seem" old to man. He did it for functionality. This is such a self-absorbed response to think that God does anything based on what man thinks, when he has such a higher purpose. When he told A & E they could eat fruit from the trees, he wasn't talking about saplings. It's absolute light, it just causes a wrinkle in your paradigm-thus you don't like it and call it a lie!! It's you who doesn't know.

"God didn't create with age for aesthetics... he did it for functionality."

What functionality is present in a 4.6 billion year old earth that isn't present in a 1 billion year old earth?

  • @FiverBeyond 1st of all, there is no real proof for billions of years-it's circular logic. 2ndly, creation is not limited to just the earth. It is also the stars whose light reaches us long after they are dead.

  • I believe that science is generally right, although there is a lot of speculation in science. The Bible is not specific about this.

"These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens,' -- Genesis 2:4

No matter how you believe we got here, whether or not God was behind it all will always come down to personal choice. I personally believe in Jesus, and the historical account of His life in the Bible.

  • @InformedTexasVoter It's defiantly a possibility, just as religion is one big lie used to separate mankind into manageable groups.

  • @InformedTexasVoter

"1st of all, there is no real proof for billions of years."

You say God created with age apparent. Exactly how much age did He create with, if not billions of years?
