This Willys Jeep I found on a gas station on the national highway from Corinth to Athens.. It is in an extremely good condition. The music is from the 60's TV series Combat, with Vic Morrow.. enjoy.

ps. for better audio and video add in the end of the url: &fmt=18

  • He is with the movie camera

  • She's am M38 1953 or earlier. She is military as you can tell by the lights and gas intake . If you take the gas cap off the filler pipe can be extender about 10 inches to fill from a Jerry can.

    Nice nice rig. Congratulations.

Oh these were built by Willies, Ford and Dodge.

I could never figure out which was which without checking the Cylinder Head and it takes about 15 minutees to change the engine and transmittion so that may not be a good way the check the chassi manufacturer.

  • No words!!!!!! What a nice machine!!!!!

  • It is an M38 and it was made in the 1950s

  • I own a 1943 GPW Ford jeep. What I can see from this video is that jeep is maybe a M38. It is the next military model to come out after the WW2 jeeps. It has the brush gaurd wire across the headlights and the hinged grill. The camera is moving to fast to get any good detail. Thank you for the kind comments about our veterans of WW2 chelominson.
