禽流感肆虐,大家聞野味色變,其實廿多年前,港人食野味之風熾熱,現在雖沒有真野味,但有大廚把炮製野味的方程式,融入其他食材之中,好讓食客回味當年情。

  • 短片內容已講清楚用豬肉代替禾花雀,唔係造假,如果短片冇說明,­而俾外界發現豬肉假裝禾花雀,咁就可稱得上造假,否則齋舖或寺廟­等提供既菜牌內可能超過一半都係造假.
