This one's a little hard to understand. A bougeoise wedding was going on up on a hill across from the Colliseum in Rome and scores of tourists kept trekking up the hill to see the next big old Roman attraction only to find a dead-end with lots of fancily dressed rich folk and lots of Ferraris.
If it's the road I am thinking of to the right of the forum? It seems as though there are more ruins up there and most roads don't say where anything goes, you can just go anywhere and assume you are looking at a ruin. So when my husband and I went up a rather long hill we ran into houses, realizing they were not ruins and it was a dead end (?) we turned around. It was very strange that the road was not marked as such for tourists.
