@MyPilatesBody I Asked alot of people of vids but they dont answer can u please make an 2-3 weeks proggram im 12 years old and i wanne get rid of my love handles and my fat can u make me in 2-3 weeks flat and i can go swimming if u can can u make me a proggram that 12 years old can do thanks alot

I can't really jump rope too well, but I'm a runner. Once I get out of bed I usually run 3 miles almost every morning before I eat.
Is it better to do this pilates exercise before or after running?
what about before bed?

Running works also, I would suggest after you run then do the Pilates exercises. Try jump roping, you will get better at it and it burns lots of calories...

I would do it every other day and also incorporate cardio with your routine...Try jump rope then do 1 set of these exercises and jump rope again then another set. Try doing 3 sets of these exercises mixed with jump roping in between..
