  • do you have any suggestions for yoga forms purely for fat burning?

  • @kuha5ster No. Yoga is one of the worst exercises for fat burning. Keep it simple, control your diet and walk, jog, or jump rope EVERY DAY. The fat will melt off.

  • hi patrick , thanks for this great video ;-)How long would you recommend holding the core poses for to strenghten ? like 3 reps of 5 minutes a day ?keep up the great work .

  • @jambonsambo Hold them as long as you are able without your body beginning to shake. That probably won't be 3 - 5 minutes for any of these. More like 30-50 seconds.

  • How long have you been doing yoga ? And how long did it take you to be able to do all these poses?

  • I've been doing yoga for about ten years. It took about 7 to get to the poses shown in this video, mainly because I started so far behind with my leg flexibility.

  • @kuha5ster Kundalini.

I also agree to do actual cardio 4 times per week as well.

  • You're funny in this video lol =D

  • I've been practising half locust pose for years... but it doesn't seem like I'm improving at all, my legs just won't get any forward.

  • I'm trying this exercise to strenghten the core in my wushu lesson and my muscles feels great.

    Thanks for sharing :)
