  • That was very well presented. I have had similar experiences with militant vegans and such and I myself became a vegetarian for a year. After doing that and doing a lot of research I have to conclude it is not healthier. During my time as a vegetarian I lost a substantial amount of weight and it was the unhealthiest I had ever been. I commend people that make the sacrifice for moral reasons and I know vegetarians who are perfectly healthy but everyone has different requirements.

  • Thanks for the kind words. I agree with your views, peace.

  • Great points you shared!

  • Thanks!

  • You are a very intelligent individual. I enjoy listening to your thoughts and opinions and I agree with the many things you say.

  • Thanks my friend!

  • You could technically be a vegan and eat nothing but Soy beans , potato chips and , Coca Cola and you would suffer malnutrition . PETA members are often unhealthy because they make the transition to vegetarianism based solely on political issues with no health concepts . When I start my day with a 20ounce glass of fresh juice from carrots , beets , cilantro , greens , ginger and apple I probably get more nutrients than many people get in an entire week .

  • It is all taht Soy make ppl sick and the processed foods and then they fall of the vegan wagon, Animal Fat is not for human bodies no matter what u say

  • honestly dude u do not have the truth and the right nutritional info

  • it is LOVE that is the diciding Factor and is not the Grains we wanna feed to hungry ppl, is all the Land that is used to plant Animal Crops could be used to plant fruit orchards and organic veggies and herbs and nut shrubs and berries <<

  • To continue these people are looking for a 'healthier' diet when they should start by drinking 2 litres of pure water a day, having at least five portions of fresh (not tinned) portions of fruit and vegetables a day and cooking from scratch. Then it wouldn't matter if they were omnivore or vegetarian.

  • American and British society seems to go from hamburgers and chips to vegetarian diet (simply swapping meat for a glass of milk) to vegan diet (swapping the milk for soy burgers and fake meat) to raw foodism (mostly raw chocolate and nuts) and then rebelling against this to take up a Paleo diet or Atkins diet. They are all just fads and they are missing the point. If a friend says they want to become a vegetarian I ask what they going to live on as they don't eat fresh fruit and vegetables.

  • Good video! You make very good points that should be taken to heart and mind.

  • Well said! Although the current way a lot of livestock is raised is problematic causing antibiotic resistant bacteria, e-coli contamination, and poor omega 3 to 6 ratios. I went from a vegetarian to vegan to raw vegan and got sick every year. I finally made the logical progression to a Paleo diet and have not been sick since. Keep up giving the good advice.

  • I think refined sugar and flour are what is making Americans sick . Genetically modified foods are bad for you as well . The truth is though that humans are genetically predisposed to be herbivores . From a biological point of view there is no way to argue that humans are omnivores . Having said that many of my best friends are on the paleo diet right now and it is definately better than what the average American eats .
