  • @iruleyounow pretty ,uch you will have to watch it...There is no set time the humidity of the air in your house aswell as temperature will all vary the drying times of your jerky....generallr 8-12 hours for mine in a cheap oster...But I bought an open country from bass pro and its done in about 5 hours...I want to get one of these on here I think I would like it better than my open country!!

  • Quick question, I have a circular Oster Walmart model dehydrator. It just has an on off switch, no temp gauge. But gen. how long should it be left in for? I like mine pretty tough and not too chewy.
