pulau layang-layang is apart of the spratly archipelago...we have an interest in that island infact it's been develop by malaysia for like since 1990 till today..so we have claim as much as the other disputing country..you should focus your attention to the chinese..they want to claim even much larger portion of the spratly archipelago..we just want layang-layang because it's in the water bounderies of sabah..and sabah is a part of malaysia till the end.
