Software clone i programmed of Lights Out game by Hasbro.

I did it some years ago, back when I used to play it. Though skin has been replaced and some internal bugs have been fixed.

I'm on level 11, and I have solved it over and over, but it just makes me do it again after giving me a blinking X. What am I doing wrong?
