  • Working out with weights should really help your self-esteem. I know what you mean about never being happy with yourself, but that's something that you can change. It's safe and ok to be thin. You don't want to be obsessed about your weight for the rest of your life.  It just doesn't matter that much. That's what your family wants you to know. You're a wonderful person and you need to remind yourself of that.
