  • he's so sweet!!are you greek?

  • First off. OMG your son is adorable! And he reminds me so much of my own son Anthony.

I believe he also has apraxia. He's going to be 24 months old and still doesn't really talk. Has awesome receptive language but makes lots of grunting noises. I describe it as him talking with tape over his mouth. He also does the whisper thing like your son does. I'm having another speech eval done on him and using a different company. Hopefully we can get somewhere with all this!

  • Use Kirkman labs, they are the best. Very pure, and the lady on the other end of the line has a son with autism, she is great, her name is Shirley.

  • Thanks for sharing this. My daughter is about 33 months and I believe she has apraxia as well. Looking at the video of your son, she sounds exactly like he does when she pronounces her words. I have scheduled her an evaluation for speech, and will soon learn whether or not I am accurate with my assumption.

  • i think that a had apraxia when i was a child but i;m 30 years old not.. i don't wish this on my wors enemy. it so terroffing

  • Your little boy is very cute! My daughter (age 3) has a receptive language delay and I just started giving her omega 3 fish oil suppliments. How many milligrams of omega-3 are you giving your son each day? I'm just curious if her dose of 240mg is on target.
