This is the technique I use to avoid or at least try to minimize Single strand knots on my natural hairs...IT'D ALSO HELP TO STRECH YOUR HAIR.

This is very beautiful!!! Thanks for the tip :-) I cant help it I must say I saw a twist that didnt get pulled out at 1:11 But your hair is so full and curly so you probably didnt notice it, Happens to me alot.
