@MrUAV100 I live in the U.K. too. Theres a place called Sky-craft, they sell all apart from the calypso. They get it in from Australia over here then sell it to you for 40,000. Then all u pay for extra is seats and paint!!

@MrUAV100 If you'd like to check out their website, it's jabiru.net.au - there are a lot of different models available and the site is a good resource for information regarding fuel consumption etc. I believe there's only one model that is specifically designed for UK regulations, but that area is way out of my league...!

I have been, for ages, looking for a good light aircraft to tour with. These look good but here, in the UK, there are not too many about.
What is the safety record like on these?
I fly Cessna 152 and 172, Piper PA38 and 28, Aero AT-3, and Scotish Aviation Beagle Pup (Smll version of their bulldog RAF trainer from back in the day0. These are all greedy on fuel but the Jabiru looks fair.
