This song is actually called "Hell Bent for Lederhosen". Heinerklingle is the other song that was played on the northern Europe track. As someone else said, this song creeped me out when I was a kid playing this game, Heinerklingle is a much happier tune :)

@briani4735263 Yeah, that happens to me when I hear PS1 games' soundtracks, specially Need for Speed and Gran Turismo ones... I read the title and have no idea of the song, but the first 10 seconds make a movie play on my mind...awesome feelings!

that's german. But Germany is in Central Europe...
