no u dont...MOST watchphones come with earphone and hands free and also bluetooth compatible....u will only keep your hand infront of mouth if you are retarted or trying to show off.

na wouldnt get this watch cos one day im going to take it off and notice a tumor in the shape of a watch growing on my hand cos of all the radiation from the phone!
