Some servers won't allow it because of trash talking and stuff, but most do. So yeah, it does.

i hate hackers, they ruin the game, especially for the players who don't need to cheat to be good at the game. i haven't seen any hackers in a while though, maybe they patched it?

Punk buster updates. And I swear hacking was a passing fad, I think it had its climax [in cod4 at least] but I think people are pretty over it now.
