Judges' scores are 50% & viewers' votes the other 50%. Jennifer & Derek deserved all the 10's they got. In my opinion, they were in fact, underscored @ times,. The concept of 10's for Kyle or Bristol does not necessarily mean 10's for Jennifer is something I don't quite understand. Jennifer was much much phenomenal in all aspects of the competition and Derek's choreography was tops & more challenging & difficult!!

The judges take over the voting for finals. They have complete control by throwing a sufficient number of 10s and 8s which is fine. America only has partial power to vote up to finals.
BTW, Sarah only occasionally speaks at Tea Parties. She doesn't lead or control them, nor would all TP people support her if she ran for President. So stop with the Tea Party bit already. Geez...Tea Party participants are violent, gun toting, rednecks, racists, and now wrecking DWTS?

@dmax801 i think he's worried about her back. the trophy is quite heavy. when derek embraced her after they were announced the winners, tom bergeron said to take it easy holding her back because of the injury.
