  • Isn't it amazing how a video as terrible as the "expert village" take on how to increase your vertical has over 100 times more views than anything in this series? Cool and dynamic presentation Shawn.

  • @jumpscoach214 Thanks my man! Really appreciate you taking the time to stop by and comment on the video. I am glad that you liked it! And yes; you are right about the "expert village"-type vids...hahaha.

  • Thanks Shawn. Really appreciate the videos, however I wanted to ask if any this stuff is applicable to a unilateral jumping style ?

  • @Bennyhidef Hey man. Yeah, after I lay some additional framework for things in teh next few videos I will start to get into more application for unilateral jumping styles/tasks and address not only what factors come into play with unilateral jumping, but also what exericses we can use to enhance this style. Stay tuned; it will come!

  • you mention performing jumps with the correct hip dominant movement pattern. for many arent they going to need to inhibit their quads and hip flexors and groove rdls etc... before they can really even jump the correct way? Nice vids man I like
