Could you cover pressing double dumb bells? It seems that with those you need the "wide chest" kind of position.

Mike you said that you were not built for pressing, but worked hard to gain the results you have got. I am just wondering what size kettlebell you originally started with as a rookie. I just can't imagine you starting with a 16kg like I did! Thanks for your tips on pressing in a straight line like a barbell again, you have saved my right shoulder!

@matthewlawless1 I could press 70s the first time I tried. However, I lifted weights for 10 year before ever touching a kettlebell and could do handstand pushups, bench press 365 etc.
