  • Mike you said that you were not built for pressing, but worked hard to gain the results you have got. I am just wondering what size kettlebell you originally started with as a rookie. I just can't imagine you starting with a 16kg like I did! Thanks for your tips on pressing in a straight line like a barbell again, you have saved my right shoulder!

  • @matthewlawless1 I could press 70s the first time I tried. However, I lifted weights for 10 year before ever touching a kettlebell and could do handstand pushups, bench press 365 etc.

  • Could you cover pressing double dumb bells? It seems that with those you need the "wide chest" kind of position.
