This is my submission for the Real Women of Philadelphia.

Ingredients:

1 can (29 ounces) halved pears
24 marshmallows
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup of water
8 ounces (one brick) of Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp of butter

Directions:

1) Remove the pears from the can reserving the syrup.
2) Grease the dish with the butter.
3) Cut the pears in 1" squares and place in the bottom of the dish.
4) Put the reserved syrup in a sauce pan and add the marshmallows; melt them over low heat.
5) In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the water.
6) In a blender, add the Philadelphia cream cheese, the melted marshmallows in the syrup and dissolved gelatin.
7) Blend until mixed well.
8) Pour this mixture over the pears.
9) Place in the refrigerator until it sets.

You can garnish this dish with strawberries or any fruit of your liking and serve!

Buen Provecho!
