That's exactly what I'm using for the ones I will plant this weekend! A new garbage can that's been cleaned well and organic soil.

Thank you!
I'll plant some now then. I want to try growing one in a container, I've seen some people use a new tall plastic garbage can!

Not too late. I planted some 1 month ago and about to plant some more. Harvest in about 3 months.

Barefoot in your garden? Yikes! You must have soles of steel.

It is June 22: is it too late to plant potatoes in a container? About how long till the leaves turn and I can harvest?
Thank you:)

Real survivalists wear long pants over their short pants. That joker must be the.Garden Fairy
good video, and i also have a question. i went onto this one website that said you should not plant potatoes in the same spot more then once every 3 years, because of disease that could be on your plants may be transfered onto next years spuds. but if they were not infected and were fine would it be safe to plant some there again, or does it matter at all if u plant potatoes in the same spot every year.

Its not only disease. By not rotating your crops, the soil is depleted of certain nutrients.
