I hate when people call pasta noodles.
Noodles and pasta are completely different things from completely different countries.
I guess this tutorial was an okay "overview" of how to put together lasagna.
But basically not help at all.

i'm italian,we don't prepare lasagna that way...
that's not an italian recipe
the real steps are:
1)layer of pasta
2)meat sauce
3)Béchamel sauce(a really easy task,you can prepare it in 5 minutes with butter,wheat flour,milk,pepper,nutmeg,salt)spread in SPOTS with a table spoon(not mixed with meat sauce)
4)ground parmesan cheese
no mozzarella!the last layer is covered by a mixture of balsamel sauce,meat sauce and parmesan cheese,in SMALL quantity.
oven 250°C or 480°F until baked
