  • You can occationally see these dark bands on the video. Is that an issue with the D90's Video recording?

  • Hi. I wouldnt call that an issue. It would be a limitation in all fairness. I hadnt put the auto-exposure on 'lock' and I think when the scene changes, the auto exposure compensation mechanism clicks in but because the frames are acquired left-right and top-botton, these exposure changes may be visible in between two frames. Thats my understanding. If you check the other video, "The broom", I locked the auto-exposure mechanism there and so these bands arent visible.

  • Thank you. Still learning...

  • Thanks. I tried:-)

  • looks as apartment occupied by one person

  • @prashchopra Wrong. Its the type of lighting you used. The camera doesnt have a high enough FPS to capture the light from the bulbs, and therefor it creates the strobing effect you see on screen. Happens to alot of cameras....

  • The Chili sauce WAS ROBBED! She is HOT! Give her a bigger role in the next film, plz! Otherwise, great stuff. learning my D90 vid as well.

  • clean your kitchen..

  • The way the toast lays on the grill is simply amazing. Short Film academy award for sure !

  • I laughed, I cried! The cinemetography and the soundtrack were amazing! I like how the microwave is briefly introduced in the beginning and then we come back to find it in the same condition towards the end. Speaks truth. And in a way we can all relate to the microwave. Bravo. Two thumbs way up! :D
