Yes, these are normal goalie warm-up stretches, but many people who don't normally watch hockey find them hilarious.

dude its not a dance its basic pre game warm up with a some trainning you can do that i mean all the goalies in AA with me can do that maybe not as fast but still i dont find this to be amazing
