CTF still holds the most skill in my honest opinion.
Games like Quake 3 and UT2004 have such a large variety of tricks jumps and movement in general, so its always amazing to see these executed in a skilled CTF match.
And 2nd of all...
Compare this CTF vid for example to a 1 on 1 match.
CTF players outclass even the best 1v1 players just like in Quake 3.
For the record, im a TDM/1v1 player, so its not like im trying to brag about how awesome iam because i play CTF, cause i hardly do... :)

Yes, I like this video too. The frags are amazing and authentic, the intro is great too. That teleport-after-getting-on-the-jumppad-then-shieldgun-across trick is awesome.
