Could you give some more details on the first thing you used for the iPhone? Which CD Stand holder with the tension screw did you use? Did your iPhone mount fit onto it? I never use my CD Player in the car, so your first example would work great for my setup. Thanks.

not quite cool. dumb as hell. please tell me you never plan on using your cd player again. and that you plan on catching the iPad if you ever get into an accident while it's "mounted".
