Every candidate has hangers-on or people they knew once who turn out to be a detriment, but I don't pay any attention to what anybody else says.
If I did, I'd absolutely hate Hillary Clinton for what here surrogates have said. Let's not play this game of "guilt by association," it totally diminishes you....
