  • Great. Just received the Big Dipper-box from overseas, og have to admit that they areone of the greatest secrets of the late 80s. Remember working in a record-store in Trondheim (Norway) over 20 years ago, and a friend told me to order this great band. I imported three ex of every album. I bought one of each, and i managed to sell one to another friend. The rest went very cheap when the store closed some years later.

  • a true story!

  • Don't pay taxes, have a party then wreck your house. Boston bands are great.

  • He threw the doors out of the windows/And the windows out the doors/Brought the outside into the inside/And the ceiling to the floor....fantastic lyrics! Never understood why the band never loved their song "The Insane Girl" from the same album "Craps," which deserved to be huge...is that the only gatefold sleeve on Homestead Records?

  • While living in Boston in the 80's I saw Big Dipper often at clubs such as TT The Bears place, The Channel etc. They were / are a phenomenal band! Ron Klaus always brought the house down.

  • Fantastic! One of my all-time fav tunes...and I have been able to hear it for over 20 yrs. This is great. Keep on rockin' fellas! And god bless Ron Klaus.

  • nice going ron!
