Giving up Gaza was a disaster in every way, and an abomination to God. I am so sorry that the US went along with it. Make note of the timing of the withdrawl from Gaza and Katrina in the US. Now the US gov't. is encouraging Israel to give up more, in Jerusalem. God have mercy on us.

When the Israelis started Gush katif it was a desolate piece of Desert land.
They built it up into a prosperous agriculteral industry. It was paradise.
...now lets see whet the wonderful peaceloving altruistic arabs do with it. 2 years later and it's still in Shambles.
The only thing that's a lie abt this film is that it understated the trauma that the expellsion has caused and is still causing to the refugees of Gush Katif

ralsagga- who cares what the UN resolution says- since it's made up largely of moslem countries I wouldn't be suprised if they said the whole Israel is Illegal.
According to America Gush Katif was as legal as New York City!.
Ofcourse they destroyed the land that they spent their lives creating before giving it over to their enemies. Maybe they should have made a whole gala dinner and given their enemies a golden key with it.

Israeli withdrawal? they still dont even open the rafah border fully! factories are still stuck unused but full of products waiting to be despatched- israel is an awful govt that is as big a lying govt as this piece of film is a lie.

according to the UN resolution, these settlements are illegal and it shouldn't have been there in the first place. the question here shouldn't be why the palestenians didn't rehabilitate the site, but why was this land taken by israelis for all these years

the israeli settlers actually destroyed all the buildings in the settlements before they left so that the palestenians don't use. and many land mines were found on site after the evcaution. read the UN reports
