dude my vegas pro doesnt have the youtube HQ template

One question. If you have a 5 min HD 720p video what size would it be. Mine is 200mb so I was wondering maby somebody could give me some hints about rendering compressing etc.

whenever i render a video certain dark colours in the video are very bad quality where as the light colours are amazing. is there anyway for both light and dark colours to be of amazing quality :)
