Pt. 3: NH Winnipesaukee Ice Fishing Derby 2011 - Haulin' In The Cusk

Using a variety of wheeled and tracked vehicles our Ice Fishing Team drive across the frozen lake in search of slimy finned creatures. Why? Well, it's a contest and there are prizes. Did we win? We got 3rd place and 10th, but not for cusk.

LOL, hey we police our fishing grounds! The Trout Catch is there too, look at the other videos on my site. Later in the day Sunday the guys got a laker that won 3rd place in the derby. A full pictorial of the entire weekend is up on the Winnipesaukee Forum (including a very pretty girl posing in front of the Quad). Google "Winnipesaukee Forum" and scroll down to "Fish Tales". Oh, and the 20-somethings cut up the cusk for chowder. This crew eats what they catch!

Where's the video of the trout catch?!

Do you eat the cusk? I've never caught cusk (or even heard of them before).
