  • could you give me advice, i need to strengthen my left leg, i noticed i jump off my left leg when dunking, but when running to touch the rim or doing plyos , i use my right leg (i used to skateboard alot as a kid so it's muscle memory to get height from standing on the board) so basically i just keep training my right leg i get more height without the ball, and half the vert with the left still what exercises can i do to give my left leg more power

  • @chaz72987 general strength training and any single-leg plyos should help even the two legs out. just about everybody is better off one leg than the other though. you're never going to get the two legs equal

  • You should also mention that these exercises are great for PREVENTING ANKLE SPRAINS, especially INversion and Eversion. just don't forget to STRETCH after.

    and yeah you should charge money for this, --> WHEN YOU ARE GOOD AT SOMETHING DON'T DO IT FOR FREE

  • @dinowannabe I do sell a program through my site, but some stuff is pretty simple and not necessarily worth paying for. Plus, I have to share some stuff to get any traffic.

  • where can I get a reasonably priced band ( like the one in the video )? I need some eversion training for my left ankle because I sprained it a few months back and I still have a little bit of scar tissue on the outside of the ankle.
