  • rofl wtf why did you randomly show people dirt for 3 minutes during a yogurt making session

  • can you show us how to make cream cheese?

  • @clayvessel hiya - for greek yogurt just strain the whey with a clean t-shirt or other cloth, just not cheese cloth. You set up a heavy bowl so it won't tip, then set your colander inside, then the cloth, and pour the yogurt in. I cover it with some saran wrap and let it drain overnight in the fridge.

  • fish heads are good too.

  • Epsom Salts are a great fertilizer for your tomato plants. You can look it up online : )

  • best wishes for your new garden:) never even thought to make sour cream!! that is something i will try... thanks

i want to learn how to make cheese.... have you ever done that?
