The color on the tail indicates the squadron. Kadena had different step ups in the 80's. If I remember correctly blue indicates 44th, red 67th and yellow 12th. If they used the triangular color scheme where all colors were present, it was the outside one that represented the squadron.

The first F-15s in the videos have CFTs. Where are they from? I thought only the F-15C from Iceland had been equipped with them.
