The vast majorrity of people in this country are opposed to immigration and the EU. Japan, the most civilised country in the world, in my opinion, opposes immigration specifically on the grounds of maintaining ethnic homogeneity. Why on earth wouldn't they? Ethnic and cultural homogeneity are hugely desirable. The places in the world in which people are most dilligently killing each other, it is invariably over issues of diversity.
