Effectively proving that he considers himself to be above the law, Obama was a no-show today at a hearing in a Georgia court where they were trying to address whether he is in fact eligible to run for office. How can Obama just not show up? Is there one set of rules for the elites and another for the rest of us?
Note: Obama was not charge with contempt for refusing to show up today.

  • @YTRedActed Yes, you are correct; that applies to "sorry sensible people".

    Thanks!

  • @MagnusJohanssonSWE

Sorry sensible people understand when you lose 105 getting ready to be 107 that there is no case.

    Have a Great Day

  • @YTRedActed Ha, ha, ha! Ignorant game! Tell me who Vattell is and what my delusions consist of.

I am laughing at your stupidity. You can't present any sources that support your standpoint, and yet you are engaging in name-calling. "The Law 105" -- you have no idea what you are talking about; sensible people understand that losing to empty chairs speaks of extreme legal corruption.

  • @MagnusJohanssonSWE

Like I said I don't wish to play your ignorant game. So you can take your Vattell delusions and suck it.

And I don't knoiw why you are laughing really Birthers 0 The Law 105 with loses to TWO EMPTY CHAIRS.

  • @YTRedActed Ha, ha, ha! What a strong argument! What were your historical sources again?

  • @MagnusJohanssonSWE

    Please peddle your ignorance elsewhere.

  • @YTRedActed No, you are misunderstanding; I am not moving any goal posts. I just want to find out where the original and authentic posts stand. It is deplorable that you do not trust your own intelligence when you simply leave the question to those seemingly in authority. You do not dare to look behind the propaganda and deception. You are very much a sheep led to slaughter. Is there anyone else here who has the courage, strength and intelligence to really look into this matter?

  • Cont.

Jackson v. Obama (Obama’s birth certificate clearly establishes his eligibility for office as a Natural Born Citizen)

Ankeny v. Governor of State of Indiana (we conclude that persons born within the borders of the United States are “natural born Citizens” for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents. Just as a person “born within the British dominions was a natural-born British subject” at the time of the framing of the U.S. Constitution)

  • @MagnusJohanssonSWE

Yes we can continue to play this game and you will continue to move thegoal posts farther and farther.

But I will leave it to those who are in authority to continue to define Natural Born as they have.

Tisdale v. Obama (It is well settled that those born in the United States are considered natural born citizens)

Farrar et al v. Obama (Obama is natural born citizen by virtue of his birth in the United States)

    Cont.

  • @YTRedActed OK, let's see: We need to find out what "natural born citizen" meant in 1787. What sources from the time of the creation of the constitution, or earlier, supports your definition?
