Brenda doing crossfit michael at the end of a tough session. Finished it in 16.33mins. The back extensions are a killer.

It's an 800m run in Michaelm and the back extensions aren't on the total horizontal, should be parallel to the ground. And it's 50 situps not crunches.

I am well aware of the standards for crossfit michael and this was modified to the level of the client and equipment available. Cheers
