Michael Jackson Re-Mix (PD8)

While revisiting some old cassette mixes of stuff that was recorded in my basement recording studio over 20 years ago, I got to wondering if I could take a music only mix of one of these old basement tracks, and using only the audio timelines in my PowerDirector 8 video editor, add some new vocals to it? Thus creating a re-mix version, by combining two separate tracks into one new song.

I knew there were some Michael Jackson accapella mixes on the web, but could I find any MJ acapella vocals and edit them to make them fit and sync up to a music track that was recorded in my basement over 20 years ago? And then make a music video for this new re-mix? And again, do it all using only my PD8 video editor?

Well, it seems that PD8 will work for such a project.
