Looks pretty good but that is more of a soft taco than a quesadilla. A quesadilla has to shells. You should also use shredded mexican cheese instead of that block cheese. Lastly if that is a teflon pan you are messing the coating up using a steel spatula, get a rubber one. Nice post though. Thanks

@wootang7469 Ok. First, my husband is Mexican & he showed me how to make these. The cheese I used IS authentic Mexican cheese. Second, I was not using a metal spatula, I was poking at it with my knife to show what I had in it. I used a wooden spoon while cooking to stir it. If you watch the video you will see the spoon resting on the covered pan. Sheeesh ! Some people...
