@erselsenadam LOL unfortunately for you americans want an education and want to live "The American dream"... let me ask you something, Im pretty sure ur not a professional SOCCER player, and since ur not from the US ur not educated, so then what do you do? ohh and one more thing, why are you on youtube? dont you have some lawns to mow? tables to clean? or whatever you 3rd world countries do for money, goats or whatever your form of currency may be

@jcsalas1 ignore him, he has no idea about football (soccer lol sorry im english so ya know) i think in the past few years you guys have stepped up your game, your standard is alot better than before. even though i live in london and football is big here, i actually want to go to america to play college football (soccer, sorry lol) keep it up USA

damn american soccer sucks xD dont wanna hate yall good at baseball football and stuff like that but not in soccer xD ... i got a question what is the NCAA ... Collegesoccer ? so that are students and they show the games on TV ?? if yes... damn i wish i could live in the usa xD ...

Yea the NCAA is college (National Collegiate Athletic Association). These kids play for their education and the name in front of their jersey first, then eventually they all hope to turn pro.
No pro contracts at age of 14 in the states, sorry.

First I have to say good luck on applying. And as a Gaucho Alumni I hope you do choose UCSB, it's a lot better than UCLA in many ways. And if you are a soccer fan there is no better place than Santa Barbara.
We are hosting the College Cup in 2010 - would be a perfect time to make a campus visit.
